Riverside is a local, Guernsey-based theatre company founded by Daniel Hollingworth. The theatre company aims to produce new and exciting theatre by known and new playwrights. Riverside will debut its first performance of Sweeney Todd the Musical at the Holy Trinity Church this August

Riverside will continue to produce local theatre for the near future, aiming to bring local & new talent into the fold along with producing plays written locally for a more exciting theatre experience for Guernsey.
Daniel Hollingworth
Founder/Artistic Director
For just over 2 and a half years Daniel has been working in and around the performing arts scene in Guernsey. He first started being involved in local projects back in early 2019 with the Princess Royal Centre for Performing Arts. Since then Daniel has been apart of quite a few local projects to name a few: Alan Aykbourns - Gizmo, Philip Pullmans - Grimm Tales and currently he is in the production of William Shakespeare's - Macbeth, in which he plays the role of MacDuff. Daniel Recently decided to take on the task of forming his own theatre company to bring new and exciting theatre to Guernsey and to also challenge the way theatre is performed on the island.

James McInally Smith
Social Media Manager
James McInally Smith is an avid local actor. After being involved with a few of the same projects as Daniel, James jumped on board as the Social Media Manager for Riverside Theatre Company. James has had years of experience working in local Guernsey theatre and within the Guernsey events scene and is a crucial player in making all of this work. James will be taking on the role of managing all social media and websites for Riverside and will be working closely with the Artistic Director to bring out regular updates on current and future projects.
